Women and Publishing, Monday March 18th, Common Hour, Bent Hall 277


This workshop is a Women's History Month Event. It will be a discussion of the current re- search indicating that women authors are underrepresented in the academic literature of some disciplines and less likely to have their work cited as well. The participants will ex- plore the reasons for these findings and how the situation may change in the future. Per- sonal experiences dealing with publishing are welcome.
